You're newsgroup postings go way, way over the line. Do you really
believe that a jury would, after comparing your words to my words find
you the winner in a civil action?

If you're using language that you wouldn't want your mother or your wife
or your daughter or the kids in the neighborhood to see, then you
shouldn't be using it. You can take the first step in cleaning up the
newsgroups in which you participate.

Your recent stuff is an embarrassment to amateur radio, to Marshall
County and to West Virginia.

Your inability to use language other than filth is simply amazing.
Again, you wouldn't use language like that in front of your family or
neighbors and I doubt you'd use it if I was standing in front of you.

Your "rights" end where you infringe on mine and those of others. If
you post in a public newsgroup and I am one of those who regularly read
that newsgroup, I AM minding my own business. This isn't some exchange
of filth between yourself and another party by private e-mail; it is
publicly posted. Why would you object to the people of Glen Dale seeing
what you've already posted for the rest of the world to see?
