TODAY is the deadline for filing Reply Comments with the
FCC on "BPL."

You have until midnight to file electronically via the FCC's
ECFS (Electronic Comment Filing System)
http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/ecfs/

Prepare your document as MS Word or Adobe .pdf
and follow the directions, using the "Submit a Filing"
link in the upper right of the above-linked page.

The "Proceeding Number" is "03-104" (without the quotes).

You can upload your Word or .pdf file by browsing to it
after you fill in the required "cover sheet" information, or
you can type in "informal comments" in the edit box (but
informal comments don't get the same attention as formal
ones ...)

Consider filing ... but keep it polite and don't "flame" the
FCC ... that will do more harm than good.
