So read it Bill-- that means they support *an* amateur radio license

allowing HF
operation without code, NOT the removal of all code testing.

Just like the 13 and 20wpm test... I myself said "if not this
time, then next time around" but it happened that time.

sooner or later, it's gone. THEN what will the coders
whine about?
