Default Csce

Hello to all. Well went to take the element 1 and got a case of the nerves. I
failed and was very frustrated afterwards. Practice practice. Anyways, my
question deals with the csce for element 3 that I had. Yes, had. After the
element 1 test, I put the certificate in my pocket along with my tech license.
Well, I was so discombobulated after the test, I forgot to put the element 3
csce back in its very safe place. My wife washed the sweatshirt it was in. Is
there any way to take the element 1 test again and get full General privileges
or do I need to take the element 3 again as well. I took the element 3 in
Maryland at a hamfest. It was not ARRL.

Thanks

Perhaps you can contact the VE Team or their VEC and get
a replace ment CSCE? They should have a record that you
passed the Element 3 test ...
