closed and we have to go downtown to refinance today - with the kids.

We've had some very strange weather this winter here in Georgia. 30 in the
morning, low 70's by noon. It seems that the warmer weather is going to
stay -- good news. Hope the warmer weather where you are comes sooner
rather than later.
