You simply made an assertion which was, on the face of it, false.

It was obvious to anyone who is actually INVOLVED in ANY aspect of
"emergency comms", but since you've made a point of trying to claim you DIDN'T
say it when in fact you did, well, I justr could't pass up the opportunity to
rub your nose in it.

The end result is that you've stretched out a personally embarrassing
whomping that you could have ended almost as soon as you started it by just
adding "in my opinion",.

Of course you could have provided us some sort of reference that actually
validated your assertion, but you and I both know that THAT wasn't possible.

So...here we are, two weeks later, and you've made a complete and utter
fool of yourself trying to squeeze out from under the rock that you got
yourself under.
