Ah...malicious from the inconsiderate, self important cell user or the
blocker. Depends on your view. Seems like the cell users who insist on
annoying people with their inability to turn their phone to 'vibrate' are
the malicious ones.
Ohh ya, you are right - since the cell companies paid millions for those
frequencies, but, striking a balance may take some time.
