No more CW test in France now. I think that's about the last country in
Europe to kill off the code test. It's pretty much history over there.

Italy hasn't yet. Nor has Spain or Sweden, but we know they will, it's just
a question of when. Most other Western European countries have axed the CW
test. As for the Eastern bloc, since when have they been a shining example
for anything?
