Maybe a letter to your wife about your conduct is the wrong way to go...

I am sure the BSA Council in your area would be interested in how some of
thier "adult leaders" act in public.

Perhaps I can run some of your greater postings by them, including your
affirmation of respect and admiration for a known antagonist and pathological
liar.

Or perhaps some of your "revelations" about things you alleged to have
done in the Armed Forces, but, on inspection, are blatant lies...?!?!
