Petition for higher allowed power if BPL happens?
If BPL does happen full blown, maybe we could petition and
get a change of the maximum power allowed rule. Namely ten times what the limits are now. 1KW to 10KW for example. We're gonna need it to carry on desired communications... |

but the FCC would never grant this type of proposal; if anything lower the
