LEVEL II - Same as Level I plus live nets on 14.275 MHz. USB. Also IARN HF bulletins are now on 14.272 MHz. USB; 3.977 MHz. LSB; and 3.890 MHz. AM. LEVEL III - Same as Level II plus deployment of volunteer radio operators with radio equipment and portable generators to the affected area(s) to hand carry all accumulated network traffic plus set up amateur radio stations in public places and/or shelters to solicit outgoing traffic.
