K1MAN will be DENIED the privilege of renewing his Amateur License in 2005.
FCCHAM "Lloyd" wrote in message ... "Mo-Fo" wrote in message om... Boy, K1MAN must be some peoples whole life, they seem to be ate up with it. Lets see if I can get this right, and put it into prospective. Mr. Baxter does a bulletin service similar to what the ARRL does daily. The FCC and a collection of misfits claim that K1MAN's bulletins interfere with amateur communications, usually when the misfits show up on frequency moments before a broadcast. Next the misfits complain to all that will listen, (mattering not, that they themselves are committing willful interference) about the horrors of Glenn Baxter and his amateur radio related bulletin service. Why is it the ARRL can commender a frequency, when it's already in use, but it's wrong for K1MAN to do so? I've actually heard K1MAN ask if the frequency is in use, but no longer does so, because he doesn't want to hear "fu" being thrown his way. How am I doing so far? What you all should know is Mr. Baxter has already been down this road with the FCC before. He made a complete fool of Mary Beth Richard's the FCC's attorney at a hearing board several years ago. So much so, that Mrs. Richard's stated that she never wanted to see him at a hearing board in front of the FCC again. The antics of one Riley Hollingsworth, who continues to break his own rules to enforce communications law will never work in amateur radio or any where else. He lets a select few run up and down the amateur bands at will, spewing forth racial slurs to the black and Hispanic community. In case your not aware, this is called SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT. He sends out warning letters, and than retracts them. Sends out several warning letters to hams for the use of 146.52, like a time limit for use, is imposed on the 2 meter band. How about the use of phonetics, that was a real laugh. Some of these people need to get a real life, take care of your children and the rest of your family while you can. |
