WOOHOO!!!!! Yay for you, Bert!!!

So, you are going to to the WAC! I know a friend, KN5I, I think he's done
it twice and was on his third time around last time we hung around with him.
The first certificate was absolutely beautiful. The second one wasn't
bad...but much smaller.

Good luck!!

Good show - Congratulations.

You're already at least three countries into your dxcc, now go get the
other 97. If I were you I'd concentrate on 20 & 15M where QRP signals
have a better shot at the long-haul goodies than they do on 40M.

WOOHOO!

And from the East Coast, too. With a simple wire antenna IIRC.

Next goal is WAC, then DXCC.

On 40 meters? Can be done!

And the Southgate Type 7

Tnx
Jim. :-)

My pleasure, Bert.

About half w/a 66' doublet and the other half w/a Carolina Windom 40 LP.

True, but I'm starting to love 20 now. Belarus this morning. I've worked
about 15 countries total already. DX Q's are a breeze compared to CONUS
ragchews.

My standard power level will rise from 5 W to approx. 20 W. (With 100 W
available for those ruff cpy rpts.)

Congrats to you Bert....but I disagree....WAC is simple. Just hang around
on 20 long enough and they will come to you.

I real accomplishment would be WAS on 5bands....I.E. 5BWAS. Now that is
tough.
