Information Bulletins

Ok, this is for those ****ing whinny little amateur radio operators who
have a ****ing hard time reading the rules and regulations and are to
busy breastfeeding off of there mama's tit. I know due to their
****ing inbreeding that they don't have the mental capacity to read
anyway, and for ****ing morons who are going to post off the subject
material don't waste my ****ing time, I will delete that **** from my
blog. I know you all are my "FANS" but I'm fighting a war here
against assholes who is want to suppress my right to free speech. So
for you ****ing retarded C.B. operators (and you know who you are) take
that dildo out of each other's ass and listen up. I know those fat
*******s on rec.radio.amateur.policy don't have a clue when it comes
to rules and regulations so let me spell it out for you.

An information bulletin is "A message directed only to amateur radio
operators consisting solely of subject matter of direct interest to the
amateur service." (47 U.S.C. 97.3(a)(26) The FCC has even gone
farther on their website stating "The control operator of the station
transmitting an information bulletin is responsible for determining
that the subject matter is of direct interest to the amateur
service."

Unlike some amateur radio operators who believe that the receiving
station, or even the amateur radio community as a whole can determine
what the station transmits.

An information bulletin and a broadcast are two different things. As
stated above an information bulletin is "directed to amateur radio
operators consisting solely of subject matter of direct interest to the
amateur radio service". While a broadcast is "A transmission
intended for reception by the general public either direct or
relayed." (47 U.S.C. 97.3(a)(10). That's the difference one is
attended for the reception of the general public while the other is
aimed at a certain group (amateur radio operators)

One of the things I hear from those little crybabies on
rec.radio.amateur.policy is that an information bulletin has to be a
"newscast" yet, no where in the FCC rules does it state that nor is
there any ruling by the FCC that states that it has to be a newscast.
As a matter of fact in a warning letter sent in 2004 to one K1MAN, who
also transmits news and talk programming directed to the amateur radio
service. The FCC informed Mr. Baxter K1MAN, that his transmissions were
legal
"It is the finding of this office that you are, with some exceptions,
generally in compliance with the Commission's rules in the amateur
service related to broadcasting and information bulletin, and we will
explain as followed. Broadcasting is prohibited in the amateur radio
service, with some exceptions. Section 97.3(a)(10) defines broadcasting
as "transmissions intended for the reception by the general public,
either direct or relayed." One-way transmissions are limited in the
amateur service, but an exception is allowed in 97.111(b)(6) for
"Transmissions necessary to disseminate information bulletins."
Information bulletins are defined by Section 97.3(a)(26) as messages
"directed only to amateur operators consisting solely of subject
matter of direct interest to the amateur service." There is no
specific time limit placed upon information bulletins by the Commission
rules. A review of your programs at random times since March 3, 2003
indicates that your transmissions were directed to amateur radio
operators, not to the general public, and that the individual bulletins
were related to the amateur radio service. The only notable exception
was the offering of a award for information leading to the identity of
parties making threatening telephone calls to you" (letter to Glenn
Baxter K1MAN from the Federal Communication Commission April 14, 2004)

My information bulletins are directed to the amateur radio service and
consist solely of subject matter of a direct interest to the amateur
radio service. So those whinny little assholes on
rec.radio.amateur.policy can bitch and whine all they want the fact is
my station is legal. So K4YZ can cry little the big baby he is to who
ever, the fact is they won't do anything about it.

1) I said to name 1 person here who want's to read your blog stuff here,
you have it posted on your blog, so why post it here if nobody want's
to see it?
2) If you were booted from here, why are you here? Don't read too much
into this, just a question, I'm not saying you can't be here!
3) If you had children, would you want them to stumble across your blog?
Again, just a question.

4) I'm not being a nazi, you can go broadcast, put on a show, call it
information, I don't care. BUT you keep accusing me of stuff I didn't
do, some being felonies. NOT GOOD dude. I never said you broke the law,

So just answer the questions like a human, leave all the put downs and

letter, what papers? Now slowly, don't blow a gasket, calm done and tell
the truth, see how refreshing it can be.
