Just be glad you weren't running for President. Anyone runing for that job is certainly in serious need of mental help cut Yeah, some of these hams have real issues. They aren't all hams, but for some reason they are often attracted to ham radio. A couple years ago I tried to sell an old 16-ch Regency that covered 137-150 MHz and would have been a great starter radio or backup for 2m. Yet almost everyone who responded wanted to know if it could be converted to cover the police and/or fire bands and none of them would show proof of licensure when asked. Kinda scary to think that there are so many nuts out there just waiting for an opportunity to impersonate a cop. Indeed a lot of cop wannabes out there |

One of them was impersonating an SS officer but I think he's really an SA fairy...keeps talking about "rear action" stuff. Weird. Those that deny being cops are perhaps striving to be lawyers. Some keep referring to Google and posts that are years and years old. They want to rehash and work over old, old arguments hoping to win one in a re-trial. Waste of time. They are a bunch of sore losers with painful sores from long ago. Tsk, tsk, tsk. All of the above are morsemen, too! Sort of defeats the myth that morsemanship "instills good behavior." :-) Gotta go...the SA wannabe is hollering about "his is bigger than mine" and "rear action." He wants satisfaction! :-( |

WE have asked YOU to show "proof of licensure" and you've yet to ante-up a callsign in ANY radio service. Steve, K4YZ |
