Can some point to me specific laws regarding interference caused buy
power companies? This has nothing to do with BPL but regular powerline noise. Been having some problems here and before I go farther I want to know what the law actually says regarding this issue. Thanks George |

When the FCC dings power companies over noise they use the incidental radiators regs same as electric fences, wierd pool heaters, etc. Title 47, CFR section 15, specificaly 15.5, 15.13, and 15.15. -- Jim Pennino Remove .spam.sux to reply. |
