Default new digital mode maybe MFSK amatuer

Hi Folks:
I tried decoding this
http://www.harryhydro.com/hamstuff/newmode1.wav 236k with Stream and
MixW but I thinks this MFSK is too wide. There were several stations
transmitting this around 14.106mHz. Recorded 11/29/2005. Does anyone
know what this is? The band folded moments later.
Here is a 1.3meg captu
http://www.harryhydro.com/hamstuff/14_106.wav

Thanks!
Hydro
