No...What you stated was ludicrous. Not unexpected, but ludicrous
nonetheless.

what "floaming" is, so how can I know if I am doing it for fun or not?

Guess this means you've got to start using your real name in your
posts, eh, Brain?

In any case, the article mentioned the likelyhood of not being
able to enforce this, however it will be interesting to see if any case
law is developed from it in the near future.

It also suggested the likelyhood that anonymous tipsters might be
detered by this law. I doubt it. However I also believe that if you
have a complaint to make, there's more strength in standing up for what
you believe in and putting your name on it rather than slinging mud
from behind anonymity.

If you don't have the strength of conviction of your own words to
put your name behind them, why make them?

Even if you use your name doesn't mean you get to stalk people, even if
you believe in stalking.

he does

No, he does not.

I challenge you to find ONE "hot-ham-and-cheese" post wherein he's
signed his name and/or callsign to it.

A callsign is not a name. MARS is not Amateur Radio.

No...it's not. It's a 'nickname'.

No. It isn't. It's an alias.

No. It isn't. My name appears in many places where it is not a
signature.

The one mumsy and pops gave him.

My parents did not give me a signature. I had to develop that on my
own.

Unless his parents were really insensitive, I bet his real name is
NOT "hot-ham-and-cheese"

At least my parents spell my name correctly.

you should look the arist curently known as prince but once had to be
called the arist formerly known as prince becuase he made his in to a
suqigle

That was a publicity ploy.

The courts still require his given name on all documents.

No. They don't. A legal alias or "doing business as" allows an alias
to be used legally.

Sonovagun!

I respond to your posts either with " or
"

No. You don't. You responded under your boy friend's account. Once.
