on day 12 steve claimed that he had promised that he would file within
10 days his suit, if that clock started on the locial date 27 dec 2005
(day 0 of this count) then he would have had to file by now and I
would have had to be served by now thathe later would be a matter of
law

however assuming that he mean he would filed withon 10 days of the
that date (day 12) then he would hae had to file by yesterday ( being
generous since the coutrhouse was closed yesterday) today meaning If I
am served by day 33 even that generous undderstanding wil be proved a
lie

any filing at al of coutrse will prove that steve lied when he stated
that if I stoped using his daughters name he would not sue me, that
pormised was pull out of the more than 200 more markie mularkies post
and titled steve comits public fraud, or word to that effect

that is is insistance on showing a complete lack of decrestion he
