Not a good idea at all on Usenet and particularly not in this forum............ |

Good men always win. if you are going to post you might try saying what happened Since you have so much time on your hands, you might try to go look it up. It's a simple, and fair, requirement in any debate that if it's your assertion to make, then it's your assertion to prove. Where's your proof? If there really was such important breaking news in support of K1MAN, you would be shouting it from the rooftops, and with the exact web addresses from the FCC, the ARRL, or other definitive source containing this valuable information (k1man.com doesn't count). The jaded readers of this newsgroup have seen many, many posters come traipsing through here over the years spouting all kinds of bizarre claims. Of course, with the caveat that the supporting evidence can't be revealed, or won't be believed, or is too hard to find, or even (as you are trying to assert in your case) is the responsibility of the skeptics to find. In 99.9% of these claims, we can confidently call "B.S." Either the claim is not true, or has been greatly exaggerated, and the evidence, or lack thereof, underscores this point. Facts: - There has been no FCC or court action since the upholding of K1MAN's $21,000 forfeiture in March of 2006: http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2006/DA-06-663A1.html (Search Google with "site:fcc.gov Glenn Baxter") - The alleged case that overturns the FCC's Red Light Rule has turned out to be a fake. The quick removal of it from the K1MAN web site is a fairly clear, implicit acknowledgment of this fact. (See article . com by on rec.radio.amateur.policy.) -- 73, Paul W. Not a good idea at all on Usenet and particularly not in this forum............ more threats? "More threats" implies alleged previous 'threats' were made by someone against something or someone. Such is *not* the case, never has been, never will be and is not now. Your reading skills are at a low level of comprehension, if you take what what was said as a 'threat.' What I did do, and you either purposely misstated or more likely did not comprehend, was to point out to the poster that this forum is a very dangerous place for him/her to be posting in from his/her employer's server and on company time. *YOU* are one of those entities which make this a dangerous place. All one has to do is review your nonstop daily spew of posts to this and many other Usenet groups. Now run along and study your grade school comprehension. Case in point. |
