Default Yard sale find!

I picked this up for $10!

It is a linear tracking turntable, Sony PS F9 from 1982, and it works!

It plays upright as shown or flat on a table, with headphone and line
outputs, runs on 4 AA batteries. Plays at 45 or 33, 7" or 12" records.
It can even be hung on a wall! Plays just fine through powered computer
speakers, the "big stereo" and my Zenith 10S464 through the phono input.

These are apparently quite rare...try a google search!

Looking for any info or comments...would like to find a manual, owners
or service or both for cheap, but I have found a service manual for
download for $15 if nothing else crops up.

My most pressing questions a

1. How do you clean the stylus or does it wipe itself against some sort
of brush every time it parks?

2. What sort of stylus pressure is it using?

3.By listening, it sound like it is in good shape..the entire unit seems
to have had very little use. I have found a couple of places that appear
to have a replacement stylus...apparently, Audio Technicia, but model
numbers are kind of vague. I guess I could call Garage-A-Records and
chat with them, but any knowledge out there would be much appreciated!
