- Added a "Time Window Search" to the audio playback screen.

I have not updated the help file yet because I am debating on the final form
this function will take. I wanted to get it out there for people to play
with over the weekend and possibly provide feedback.

Basically, the function allows you to search for recorded audio during a
specified time window. You enter the date, time and the amount of time
before and after the specified time to search. If any entries are found, you
can then use the left and right arrows to move through and play the selected
segments.

The reason I came up with this is because when attempting to identify new
talkgroups I would hear something like "go to TAC". I then I would have to
search through all the other unidentified groups to see if I could find the
"TAC" channel. This new functionally allows me to quickly search through
those groups that occured within the same time frame.
