Default unblocked radios

to get radios that are unblocked, I have bought one from a dealer in
Australia, and another from a Dealer in the UK.

having no blocks allows me to listen to the TV audio of channel 45
(661.75 Mhz WFM) if I want for SUNS games...

depending on hte radio, some are able to decode digital transmissions
now the Uniden unit I have does decode digital and follows trunked
transmissions

the AOR unit does not but it still gets enough information like Highway
patrol, airport and other stuff....and analog trunking signals

Nope, your scanner will not decode digital TV. Just P25 comms.
