Default Mode for Coast Guard Freq's ?

Hi,

What mode is correct for these Coast guard Freq's :

123.1 SAR primary
122.9 SAR secondary
126.2

and,

381.8
282.8

USB, AM, or... ?

I'd have to say AM as those are aeronautical frequencies.

All the freqs you listed are in AM.

You can't always tell by the band that a frequency is in but the above are
all definitely AM. They are all nationwide (and some international) SAR
frequencies.
