Howdy Burr,

I was monitoring this incident from when the call went out (just after 11:00
am) to its conclusion. There were only 2 fatalities in this and three others
(including 2 children) were air-lifted to MLK and Children's Hospital.
According to CHP comms, the vehicle was WB 60 in the #3 lane (second from
the right) when the driver lost it, crossed the #4 lane and went over the
side. I am familiar with the location of where it occurred and there is a
steep embankment where the vehicle went over.

Very tragic indeed.

Glad that's all there was to it. I heard some kind of engine
report the four dead and still had one more in the rear. I
went through the area Thursday and came back to the 10 then
turned east.
