Sorry if this is a newbie question. I currently have a UBC3000XLT and would
like to upgrade to something with computer control. Liking portability I
looked at the AOR MK3. When I asked what there was to listen to above
1300Mhz. I was told there is no "voice" transmissions above this. I'm
assuming there is something that can be decoded, etc. that was not
mentioned. What is it??? Usually I would gather info off groups such as
this but am heading out of the country in a few days and could pick up a U
version. Thanks in advance.
