I live across the street from the Canada Customs office building in Fort
Erie Ontario Canada and saw a grand Cherokee 4x4 jeep, white with green lettering that said Environment Canada, Wildlife Enforcement on the side of the vehicle, also the officer was wearing a gun. Can anyone tell me what frequencies these officers use, this is the first time I saw one of these officers and their vehicles. TIA, Steve |

I do not know the freq's for Ontario, but here in Alberta, forestry, wildlife, environment, etc., are in the 154 Mhz and 411 Mhz range. So may want to try a search on your scanner. You may attempt to search this newsgroup, as there are a few websites for Ontario scanner users. Fred Burgess |

not trying to be rude or something. but if you live across the road. try
throwing a freq counter on your antenna. maybe you will see atleast the tx freq of that vehicle. it will alteast narrow it down. most canadian bandplan is the same. if you find the input. search for it on the net and or the tafl list. never know when it is in tafl list. if not. it will or should show up somewhere on the net.
