Very first thing I did was program my local police department frequencies
(Rio Rancho PD still using VHF) and set the scanner in the same spot my PRO-94 and PRO-95 used to sit. I quickly found out that the PRO-96 is picking up interference from *everything* in this room. The computer (no real surprise there but none of the other scanners had any problems), the monitor and the TV. Turned on the attenuator for each channel and that seems to have helped, but was surprised at the amount of interference it is sensitive to.
