Default BCT 8 With Computer

Has anyone use the BCT8 with a computer? I can't seem to make it work. Is
there any tricks too it? Running, Win XP Pro, P2.4, 512meg.

Thanks Mike

their part. Can't wait for some freeware software to come out on it.

How well does the "alert" system work on it? I used the BCT 7 in the
90's, and it saved me several times from getting ticketed, but now that
my town uses trunking systems, I don't use it much.
