Hi,
I am looking for someone that owns this scanner and knows how it works. I have been looking at one at the local RS and, (either it is too new or because it is too complicated), they really don't know how this scanner works. I live in a area that has the Astro 800 Mhz digital trunking systems. I went to www.neohioscan.com and found the talkgroups for my county. What I could not find out is how do you use the talkgroup numbers there with the scanner. I would like to trunk the frequencies that I am interested in and be able to select a talkgroup quickly. They were saying I would have to wait till it came up then lock in on it, which didn't make a lot of sense. Anyway, if someone that has some experience with this scanner, I would appreciate any info. Thanks in advance!!! -Dennis |

The Pro96 manual is in the works but you might be able to use another RS manual and adapt if you need to. -- Alex Devlin The Ham & Scanner Enthusiast Forum - http://tinyurl.com/qvl7 |
