This guy sold me a aor.I payed for it and never received radio.He is a scammer.

I too have been scammed on a BC785 with Butel CD, sent him $270 US
money order and NEVER GOT THE RADIO

Not sure what your name is because two names are posted. Yes I have
dealt with JD before, and both times he was very reliable and honest.
Once he even delivered the radio to me at my home here in Alabama (he
is a trucker right?) If you did not recieve your package I am sure
there has to be some kind of explanation and it can be worked out
without public flaming in a newsgroup. Did you read his ebay feedback
before you bought from him? Did you buy through PayPal? JD is a
reputable guy and I dont believe a bad word about him. But, my opinion
is just from my personal experience with the guy.

Out of curiosity I did a search on switchboard.com and they don't even list
the name "Havry" in the USA. Doesn't mean there aren't any Havry's but it's
sure slim pickens.

Could just mean he has unlisted information, which is more common
these days. I too was ripped off recently and tried to track down and
prosecute the mail frauder but no one seems interested enough. It
seems postal inspecters could care less these days if it's not of
grand theft proportions. Called the police and they told me it was a
civil matter and would have to settle in court and told me to get a
lawyer which of course cost more than what I paid for merch. Postal
inspecters said they can only send notice unless it is a repeated
offense by same individual. I just gave up and chalked it up as a
lesson well learned. Now I always make contact by phone and check
refernces and other list before I buy from anyone online. The fraud is
so rampant that the authorities will just tell you to be careful next
time. I'm sure some people have had better luck than me but that's
what I learned from my expereince. Good luck.

Since we are posting information on ripoff artist I will gladly post
mine. The guy who ripped me off in Sept is Glenn Thompson PO Box 288
Stillwater OK but that mail box is no longer active address. I paid
$150 for bearcat 245 trunker and did not receive this radio. I think
there is a list someone keeps somewhere??? I will post there too if
anyone has it thanks
