Geeze man do some searching on your own! I'd suggest you use your favorite
search engine and try entering "cordless phones" as a start. Read a owners
manual etc. Hint: Old 49mhz phones should be scanned in 46mhz range.
That's what most people get out of scanning... the thrill of the chase. How
really cares what you listen to, it's the fact that you can.
IF you still can't figure it out ask again.

RTFM - all you need to know may be found in the freq list in the manual.

I have a new pro95 scanner for Christmas, sadly i had to worked12 hr
shifts all through christmas
and thought asking a few quick ques to knowledgable people WOULD BE A GOOD
WAY TO do some searching..
and i did read the manual ( very confusing )... but it is not scanning like
it should, & got slammed for thinking most people would enjoy helping
newbies,
because I have 100's of time in other groups helped posters,, sorry that
your time ( for atleast one Public person)
was wasted... ( maybe from pei & i am not far away, GEEZE)
I will one way or another figure this pro 95 beast out,,,
Thanks for all that did help..

Here's the thing You should have simply stated you don't understand the
manual and you were looking for freqs.
When someone who knows how to use a computer enough to find and post to news
groups asks such a basic question it comes off like they are very interested
in listening to their neighbor's phone calls and not the whole scanning
experience at all. Post a question and name your city, county, or state and
you likely will get some freqs from someone in the same area.
A simple google search would get you the freqs, I got 73 hits in 0.1 of a
second !!
Do you need help programming your scanner? If you do, don't hesitate to ask!
Start a new topic and say you can't understand how to do it. I suggest
alt.radio.scanner and not rec. Trunking is very confusing anyone could
understand a person needing help in that area too.
Will you please at least use it for more than listening to your neighbors
phone calls? You don't need Ins. OK? No thanks necessary, I hope you truly
enjoy your new scanner and that you have a good day.
