Hi.
I have a Pro2006 with no data, have managed to get a copy of Cheek 3 The
Ultimate Scanner book from US.
Does anyone know where I can get more info e.g.
A Pro2006 manual in PDF (Tandy uk are unable to help).
Software and manual for the CE-232 (our friend Google and his mates give

up;
very little info on the subject and as of today I have not been able to

get
a good link to the Author or Commtronics).
Maybe a CE-232 or OPT somewhere in the UK (shrops) even.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

John,

Unfortunately Bill Cheek passed away a couple years ago, and Commtronics
went with him. Do you have the CE-232 and need more info or are you looking
to buy one? I have a spare built and tested external unit which uses a DB25
for connection to the Pro2006 and a DB9 for the serial connection.

To be quite honest though unless you need to be able to program the actual
channels in the 2006 the Optoelectronics interfaces offer more features and
capabilities.

Sorry John I was using my work computer and had an old email address
configured. I changed it for this post, remove the zz and it will get to me.
