Default Frequencies For Chicago?

If anyone could send to me frequencies for Cook County and Chicago? We
are going to stay there for a while really soon and wanted to be able
to scan from my parents house in Alton

Also can anybody tell me anything good about the Explorer frequency
finder? Is it worth the money?

Don't even pay any attention to those folks that say 'use cityfreq'.
They simply haven't done any homework; you want to check the CARMA
website, which is:
