Uniden BC785D no apco25 card

hi all is there nay way to listen to fm radio station on the scnaner ?
i have tuned in a few 78.9350 and up ,

i am in canada we have a station here 92 citi fm , so i turned in 92.1 which
is what the station is but it dont seem to come in , when i scan i can pick
some up but there's alot of static , i have tried on am fm wfm ect... and
wfm seems to come in the best, anyone know the actual frequencies in
winnipeg manitoba, canada , or any info on this ? thanks ..

and when it does come in nice it cuts out on me
