Default Howard county

I am looking for a little help for Howard County,
Maryland.

Today when I turned on my scanner (RS Pro-37) all
the police channels where quiet. I am guessing they
went to a truncked system?

I did a quick search on the net and found the freq's
and talk groups, but at the bottom it said this:

Motorola Type II ASTRO(800)
Digital Type - ASTRO VSELP
SYSID - 7f06

Does that mean they went digital also?
What type of scanner would work for this?

I went to the RS home page and the Pro-95 is truncked,
but I really don't know much about the truncked systems.

Thank you for the help,

Kelly

Yep.

Uniden 796, 296, or Radio Shack Pro-96.

The Pro-95 isn't a digital-capable scanner.
