Hi folks,
Any suggestions as to a good scanner for UHF airband. I am not keen on Unidens (due to the battery packs), but am open to all suggestions. Thanks -- Regards Troy Rowland |

Thanks -- Regards Troy Rowland Hi If all you intend to use it for mainly is the uhf band, then something like a Yaesu VR120 would be fine, there are loads of scanners that will do the job just as well, some even better, but the yaesu is not a bad price, in the region of £130-£150 for a new one. regards Rog PS, I have a source who can supply one for £110.00 brand new boxed with full 1 year warranty if interested. |
