I am very happy with it. Even though I have purchased a 780, just so my
failing memory doesn't have to constently remember the talk group codes. Its a solid performer. I have had the 895 for may be five years. I t is rock solid and though I don't do anything but listen to a predeterimined set of talk groups it is still performing like a champ. I think for about almost a year it has been on for almost 8 hours a day. Really solid radio. From: "W ä l r ü s" Subject: Pro-2052 vs BC895XLT - Your Thoughts? Date: Tuesday, May 25, 2004 7:33 PM Do any of you own the Radio Shack Pro-2052 or Uniden BC895XLT scanners & do you recommend either of them? Looking for the most features & channels out of a trunking scanner for around $100-$200. Thanks! Walrus |
