Some states have 'exemptions' that may include HAMs, or even anyone with a 'valid' reason. And enforcement in some states even tries to set their own standard... Get LOCAL advice before you procede. Not just the letter of the law, but the 'real story' about what is going on with regard to enforcement and/or harassment. |

Depends what state or country you are in. Michigan allows if you have
