i have one bought it from canada full coverage and i got the voice descrambler
card (not available in US) Awesome radio and I've had them all.

Depends on what your needs are. For scanning, it's okay (not real fast but
fairly good sensitivity). For listening to LW/MW/HF, it sucks. Overly
flexible to the point of being complicated if you don't use it often.
