Does anyone but Uniden (and the rebadged RS Pro-96) make an Apco-25

The PRO96 is the only non-Uniden APCO 25 capable scanner available
today. It is actually made by GRE, not Uiden and has such GRE trademarks as channels in banks starting at 0 instead of 1 and with instant DPL or PL decoding (vs. PL searching like Uniden). AOR has an APCO 25 decoder that works with a high-end receiver (that has an IF output). but you are talking big dollars vs. the $500 for Uniden or RS scanners.
