I thought the denomintor for an "A" model was the programming jack? I'm still kinda new with mine. I can set it to light up whenever a signal comes in, though. Looking under the belt clip----(PITA) Cat No 20-524A Serial Number 34011xxx Date code 05A03 From the info I have, an "A" model would have the part number 20-524B.... Then to make things more confusing, RS is suppose to be working on a "C" version, the PRO-94B.... Getting a headache. Ken |

Mine is a 20-524A and the only jacks on it are headphone and a external power/charge.There is a blank tab below the power jack that looks like they might have been thinking of putting something else there. I also have a Pro-2067 (20-196A) 500 ch mobile scanner and it has a jack to clone data from one scanner to another scanner which should also have a data jack. May be they have changed some of the later 94's for cloning. I also understand that some individuals have developed software for programming the 2067 through this jack. I never did pursue this software as it didn't interest me as I have a BC895 XLT that is programmable and it serves my needs/wants. Rob Mills~ |
