Pro 96 or BC-296D?
I'm interested in purchasing a digital scanner and I'm looking at the PRO 96
and the Bearcat BC-296D. I'd appreciate any and all suggestions. Also, is the programming software from Radio Shack any good? Thanks in advance... |
