Default CB?

I am going to buy my first scanner in many of years. I am looking for a
Good base scanner at around $400.00. I sure would like some suggestions and
why. I would like to know a good honest dealer.

Thanks

Make a list of what you need, what you'd like and what you can do
without. Then you can compare various scanners and pick the ones that
meet your criteria.

and why.

Because only you can determine what's a "good" scanner for you.

I would like to know a good honest dealer.

Radio Shack, if any of their scanners meet your criteria.
