It used to be that Bearcat made the RS scanners. Who currently makes
them? Specifically the Pro 95?

The Pro-95 and 96 are made by GRE. Uniden still makes scanners for RS
one example is the PRO-94.

And GRE made the Pro-2004/2005/2006. The "used to be" is more like GRE than
Bearcat.
