Happy New Year to all.

Wanted to say thanks to those who attempted to help me with the BC 142 XL.
Some information, I had already had. Frank346 sent me a bit of information
via a Binaries post. Though I downloaded the appropriate software to open
the file, it didn't work for me. A friend of mine however - was able to open
said file. Unfortunately, by the time he got to it, I had been able to get
the scanner repaired. I found a couple issues needing dealt with. A bad
electrolytic among them. Scanner has been playing well since. I had
suspected a bad Electrolytic, but it wasn't the one I had originally
thought. I hate not having schematics, but sometimes ya got to do what ya
got to do. As to the file, my friend is going to print it out for me for
future reference, so it won't be a waste of effort.
