Digital Receiver in Canada w/o license...
Okay,
This may seem lame to some people but is there a way to obtain a digital scanner (e.g. BearCat BC-296D) without the digital certificate/license? TIA... |

Before you go jumping the gun. Do like everyone else. Use the internet
