my antenna contact broke off in my pro 96 and its stuck inside the
antenna hole. i cant get it out, its in pretty deep. any ideas how to
get it out without spending any money or sending it somewhere?

Note: carefully discharge the large capacitor, I've heard
that it has enough voltage to kill!]

ive tried all day and ive given up on getting it out. does Radio Shack
sell new sockets for handhelds? if so will they install them in the
store?

One more thing, the connector will be open from the inside. You might be
able to push it out with a sewing needle.
