Ottawa mystery jamming on 390 MHz stops

The mysterious interference on 390 MHz that began two weeks ago in the
Ottawa area has disappeared, so garage door openers are working again.
This story at the CBC site implies the signal was a military land
mobile radio system operating from the U.S. embassy:
