Sure you have, Todd, and the ACLU consults you on a regular basis. The fact is the FCC MUST issue a FINAL ORDER before FCC can actually be shut down. No the FCC must issue a FINAL ORDER before they can shut K1MAN down, this bull**** idea that an NAL is a FINAL ORDER is that, Bull****. Ham Operators have it in their head that once you get a NAL it over, but that not true, there is LONG process and sometimes can take up to three to five years before it's all done. Todd N9OGL |
